Items once purchased cannot be refunded
Items can be exchanged within a period of 30 days with the price tag and receipt
Exchanges can be made at any FHS store across the country
Merchandise on any promotional offer or sale is non-refundable and non-exchangeable
Any voucher or debit/credit card discounts cannot be applied to reduced price merchandise or discounted products
FHS has a ‘No Cash Refund’ policy. However, we are ready to make a refund to the customers in special cases wherein:
- the product is not available in stock anymore
- the product seems to be faulty
In such cases, if the mode of payment is done via a credit card, the refund will be made to the same credit card that was utilized at the time of purchase/transaction.
The cost of the item and applicable taxes will be credited.
Shipping and handling costs will be non-refundable.
A minimum period of 2 weeks will be taken for the processing of returns and up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
