  • Any product complaint will be assessed by our Product team to determine the nature of complaint and customer will be informed regarding resolution within a standard time period of 30 working days.
  • Customers are required to provide the accurate date of purchase along with their contact number. Any charges, if applicable, will be intimated within the stipulated period.
  • Only an item with a manufacturing fault will be accepted for after-sales service. In case of loss of stitching, trimming or any other damage w.r.t. the nature of the product should be brought along to the store so that your request should be furnished.
  • If there are any repair charges, (if applicable) will be intimated to the customer within that period of time.

  • Each Valued customer is requested to obtain an official receipt with every purchase. If Item is being gifted, kindly detach top part of receipt (with invoice number) and enclose with the gift, for the convenience of the recipient if exchanged.

Once your order has been placed, followed by a confirmation on call from the brand, we will send you a confirmation email and SMS with instructions for order tracking, including the ORDER NUMBER. 

 

CANCELLATION OR RETURN OF ORDERS MADE ON THE WEBSITE

After placing your order, you can cancel it within 12 hours and we will not process the order and provide a full refund (If payment option was among the prepaid).
