I ordered the gunmetal buckled loafers in size 44 and received the correct item. However, due to the design, they were not comfortable, so I requested FHS customer care to change the size, which was not available online. Upon my request, they specially arranged the size for me. I visited their outlet and received the new pair. It was a really good experience, and I appreciate their excellent customer care.
I bought Black Clipped Moccasin online. The shoes were on 30% OFF, while availed an extra 5% OFF while shopping online. The process was extremely easy and smooth. The shoes were delivered in due time and were properly packed, in an even better form than how you get the same shoes from physical stores.
