COVID-19 POLICY

We at FHS are dedicated towards the experiences and safety of our customers and employees. To ensure we are following all necessary SOPS in fighting COVID-19 and in safeguarding our stakeholders, we are taking all necessary precautions.

These are all the SOPS being followed in every FHS store to prevent in place for COVID-19 at FHS below:

  • All employees and visiting customers at FHS stores are required to wear masks at all times. Frequent use of hand sanitizer is also ensured.
  • Only a number of people are allowed in the store at a single time, depending on the size of the store. This is to ensure that the store does not become overcrowded.
  • We are strictly adhering to all governmental guidelines regarding store timings and SOPs. In case of any disruptions due to external restrictions, we will promptly inform our customers through our Social media channels.
  • While entertaining customers at our stores, all employees maintain as much distance as possible from our customers and make lowest possible contact with customers
  • All Customers will be required to show proof of Vaccination card after 31st Aug 2021. If a customer fails to do so, they will be asked to leave the store.
  • All delivery orders will be dealt with FHS employees who are fully vaccinated and will be delivered in 5 to 7 working days. Order time can vary considering government restrictions.
  • Customers not wearing masks will not be entertained by FHS staff and will be directed to follow all the SOPs aforementioned.

We’re increasing the frequency of regularly scheduled cleanings and sanitization efforts across the warehouse in line with advice from the World Health Organization and local authorities.
