RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY FOR FHS
FHS has a 7 day return and exchange policy keeping in view that the condition of the product (along with the price tag) remains intact.
No return/exchange will be made for damaged, used and altered items.
There will be no returns and exchange made during any promotional offer/sale period. Moreover, the items which are already on discount will not be returned or exchanged to the customers.
An Exchange can only be made with the products purchased via our online store and the same cannot be exchanged at our retail stores.

FHS has a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, we are ready to make a refund to the customers in special cases wherein:
a) the product is not available in stock anymore
b) the product seems to be faulty
In such cases, if the mode of payment is done via a credit card, the refund will be made to the same credit card that was utilized at the time of purchase/transaction.
The cost of the item and applicable taxes will be credited.
Shipping and handling costs will be non-refundable.
A minimum period of 2 weeks will be taken for the processing of returns and up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
Order status and tracking has been made easy for the customers.
Simply click Track your order option under My Account and click on the previous orders to see the status and complete order details. By clicking Track your order option and adding your details, you can easily see the progress of your shipment(s), by order number.
If you do not have an FHSOFFICIAL.com account yet, set one up under My Account to avoid adding details and just looking at your order history and status.

FHS ships orders within 48-72 working hours of placing your order on the website. Once your order has been placed, followed by a confirmation on call from the brand, we will send you a confirmation email and SMS with instructions for order tracking, including the ORDER NUMBER.
Cancellation or Return of Orders Made On the Website
After placing your order, you can cancel it within 12 hours and we will not process the order and provide a full refund (If payment option was among the prepaid).
